Web Solutions Architect
Our client is a world leader in systems integration and development. The UK eBusiness practice has a remit to design, build and support some of the largest, most comprehensive and most innovative web and cloud solutions in the Enterprise technology world.
As part of its ongoing to strategy of developing high grade business solutions the company is now looking for a Web SME (Subject Matter Expert) in sales/proposal cycles for multi-facet eBusiness sales or as the ‘Solution Owner’ in sales cycles for pure Web Solution sales.
To fulfil this role you will need experience of working with clients on their web offers, propositions, customer journeys and web product and information architectures. You will likely have been involved in defining web tagging, optimisation and digital marketing management strategies for clients and helping clients define how they can get more out of their web platforms through applying web analytics and optimisation technologies
Ideally you have a technical understanding of key tools such as Web Content Management, Web Design Guidelines, Web Tagging and Analytics (E.g. Omniture SiteCatalyst), SEO, Site Search, Ad Management, A/B Testing, MVLP (E.g. Optimost), Usability, Accessibility and DDA, some Information Architecture and potentially a combination of commercial platforms like Vignette, Documentum, ATG, Websphere etc, and open source platforms like Drupal, Wordpress etc
For this role we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with a consulting background able to think strategically about a clients needs but also able to be pragmatic and outcome-focused in delivery, including hands-on work where needed.
